Registration
Early Registration is available until August 4th, 2017.
The registration fee includes participation in the conference and does not include accommodation.
Substitutions may be requested at any time.
If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact us at registration2017(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)auto-ui.org.
Cancellation Conditions
Any cancellation should be sent by e-mail to registration2017(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)auto-ui.org.
Delivery of cancellation has to be confirmed. The following cancellations rules apply:
1. On and before September 15th, 2017, 50% of the sum for conference fees paid will be refunded.
2. After September 15, 2017, there will be no refund for conference fees.
Conference Program
The program is correct to the best of our knowledge, however we reserve the right to
make changes to the program, location, speakers without prior notice.
Personal Property
The conference does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
