Doctoral Colloquium<\/h1>\n<\/p>\n

Quick Facts<\/span><\/p>\n

When:<\/strong> This year, the doctoral colloquium (DC) will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 – prior to the start of the main conference. This way, it will be possible for selected DC participants to also attend workshops, tutorials, and to enjoy all of the main conference. Depending on the number of accepted applications, the DC will run in one session (afternoon) or two sessions (morning, afternoon). Only those invited to present or review presentations are permitted to attend the doctoral colloquium to encourage interaction and comply with room occupancy constraints.<\/p>\n

Submission deadline: July 8th, 2019
<\/strong>Decision notification:  July 29, 2019
<\/strong>Camera-ready version: August 12, 2019
<\/strong>Doctoral colloquium: September 21, 2019 (prior to main conference)<\/strong><\/p>\n
