An exception is made for Fast Track submissions of demos of accepted AutoUI 2025 Papers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Demos of accepted AutoUI 2025 Papers<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors of accepted full papers who also want to present a demo will need to submit an entry into the demos track. They have two options:\n<ol>\n<li>Fast Track (recommended): Authors can indicate in their submission to PCS that the demo accompanies an already accepted full paper. They are only required to submit a title, a short abstract and the technical requirements (see 3). These will NOT be added to the ACM DL.<\/li>\n<li>Authors of accepted full papers may alternatively submit an extended abstract (see below). However, an extended abstract must be a novel contribution to the AutoUI community that goes beyond the contribution of the already accepted full paper (e.g. new simulators, VR environments, user interfaces that may have been used in the full paper but were not the main contribution). The additional contribution will be judged by the Demo Chairs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Extended Abstract:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The length of the extended abstract must not exceed 2,000 words, including all main body text. Figures and tables each count as 250 words. For example, a paper with 2 figures (2 x 250 = 500) should not exceed 1,500 words (i.e., 2,000 minus 500). The abstract should be 150 words or less. All submitted materials for accepted submissions will be kept confidential until the start of the conference, with the exception of title and author information, which will be published on the website prior to the conference. Subsequently, all accepted submissions will be accessible in the ACM Digital Library as a part of the adjunct proceedings of the conference.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage the practice of open science. Accepted submissions will be made available in the AutoUI Adjunct Proceedings, distributed by the conference (e.g., on the conference website), and will appear in the <a href=\"https:\/\/dl.acm.org\/event.cfm?id=RE467\">ACM Digital Library<\/a>. All submissions are considered confidential during the review process.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions will be reviewed on the following criteria, acknowledging the early-stage nature of the work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significance: How important is the problem or question that this Interactive Demo addresses? How important is the output of this work in contributing to the identified problem or question? How greatly can others benefit from this work?<\/li>\n<li>Originality: How novel is the Interactive Demo?<\/li>\n<li>Validity: How appropriate are the chosen methods for the work being undertaken?<\/li>\n<li>Visual Presentation: How well does the description of the Interactive Demo effectively communicate the most important facets of the work? To what degree is the Interactive Demo likely to draw in an audience?<\/li>\n<li>Ability of the Work to Engender Discussion: To what degree will the presentation of this Interactive Demo stimulate interesting conversation among researchers or practitioners?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<h3>UPON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR SUBMISSION<\/h3>\n<p>Interactive Demo authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by <strong>TBA<\/strong>. Authors of accepted submissions will receive instructions on how to prepare and submit the publication-ready version, and details on the Interactive Demo presentation and scheduling at the conference.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Upon acceptance, you will receive a (digital) ACM eRights form, which you are required to complete. You cannot change the title of your paper after you submitted the ACM eRights form.<\/li>\n<li>After the ACM eRights form is submitted, ACM we will provide you with the rights information you must insert into your paper via email.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the instructions to transform the submitted (and revised) manuscript into the final, formatted version. Detailed instructions along with a video tutorial will be sent to authors regarding this stage. The final formatted version will then be uploaded through the production system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A member of the committee and the publication chairs will check that the final version meets the requirements for publication and, if so, will finalize the acceptance. Authors are encouraged to submit their revision earlier than the deadline, in case it is judged that the paper does not meet the committee requirements. If the authors are unable to meet these requirements by the deadline, the Interactive Demo chairs will be notified and may be required to remove the paper from the program.<\/p>\n<p>At least one author must register for the conference by the early registration deadline in order for the Interactive Demo extended abstracts to be published.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<h3>AT THE CONFERENCE<\/h3>\n<p>Please arrange with the Interactive Demo Chairs that your Demo will be properly received at the venue if you are not carrying it with you. Specific details about the logistics of the setup and equipment requirements will be communicated closer to the conference date. Authors of accepted submissions will receive instructions on how to prepare and submit the publication-ready version, and details on the Interactive Demo presentation and scheduling at the conference.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<ol>\\n\n\n<li>Upon acceptance, you will receive a (digital) ACM eRights form, which you are required to complete. You cannot change the title of your paper after you submitted the ACM eRights form.<\\\/li>\\n\n\n<li>After the ACM eRights form is submitted, ACM we will provide you with the rights information you must insert into your paper via email.<\\\/li>\\n\n\n<li>Follow the instructions to transform the submitted (and revised) manuscript into the final, formatted version. Detailed instructions along with a video tutorial will be sent to authors regarding this stage.
