Please fill out the form linked in the email and include the appropriate information in your final version.<\/li>\n<li><em>Preparing the Sources.<\/em><em><br \/><\/em>Prepare and submit the sources of the final version of your accepted contribution to PCS.<\/li>\n<li><em>Confirm your final submission in TAPS.<\/em><br \/>Submit the sources to TAPS. Approve your final submission in TAPS (The ACM Publishing Systems). You will receive an email with separate instructions and a link to TAPS once you have completed all the previous steps. Note that as the author, you will be doing the upload yourself. Make sure you complete the e-Rights form <strong>before<\/strong> you upload your final submissions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The e-Rights form will only be sent to the contact author, <\/strong>so it is important that this person is able to respond to emails and complete the form.<\/li>\n<li>This email will come from <a><strong><span title=\"\" class=\"pep-email\">rightsreview(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)acm.org<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Please remain alert for this email after your acceptance notification as it may be sent to spam.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the paper title, author\u2019s names, and emails match exactly what you want to appear in your final publication. The information provided in your e-Rights form is used to validate the metadata of your publication source. Any mismatches could delay the publication of your paper.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have completed this step, you will receive a confirmation via email. This confirmation contains the copyright statement for your publication, which is to be inserted into the final version you upload to PCS and TAPS in the next step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>TAPS<\/h4>\n<p>After confirming ACM E-rights, you will receive an email asking you to release your final versions for publication. The link it contains will take you to the TAPS Author Dashboard for your submission.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The TAPS Author Dashboard will only be sent to the contact author, so it is important that this person is able to respond to emails and complete the form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>This email will come from <a><strong><span title=\"\" class=\"pep-email\">tapsadmin(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)aptaracorp.awsapps.com<\/span><\/strong><\/a>. Please remain alert for this email after you have uploaded your source, as it may be sent to spam. This may take up to two weeks to arrive, depending on the size of the conference and the processing required.<\/li>\n<li>When you receive an email titled \u201cPDF and HTML Proofs: available for review\u201d please follow the link provided to access the TAPS Author Dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you approve the proofs, please select the radio button for \u201cApprove\u201d and click \u201cSubmit.\u201d You will see a message \u201cProcessing Complete\u201d, and you will no longer be able to edit your submission. Make sure you follow the instructions below when preparing your final submission:<\/p>\n<h5>Latex<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Use <strong>\\documentclass[manuscript, screen]{acmart}<\/strong> for the final submission with TAPS. TAPS will then create the two-column format.<\/li>\n<li>The PDF for ACM&#8217;s digital library will be published in the two-column format. To preview it and find formatting errors, you can switch to <strong>\\documentclass[sigconf,draft,screen]{acmart}<\/strong> which makes formatting errors visible. However, <strong>make sure that you submit your article in a single-column format!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Use the \u201c<strong>ACM-Reference-Format<\/strong>\u201d bibliography style.<\/li>\n<li>Your LaTeX source must have a single \u201cmain\u201d .tex file, although you can organize your project with a main .tex file that includes input from multiple .tex files. Please remove all samples and old tex files that include a document class.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you <strong>follow the instructions<\/strong> regarding figures, author field formatting, acknowledgments, and any other specific formatting requirements pointed out in the example file.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make sure that you use only approved packages. <\/strong>Do not use hard-spacing commands (e.g., vspace) or packages that make major alterations to the formatting and presentation.<br \/>Permitted packages can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/taps\/accepted-latex-packages\">https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/taps\/accepted-latex-packages<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure your source compiles without errors.<\/strong> Some editors, like Overleaf, will tolerate errors and generate a PDF, but this is not permissible for final publications. Please check the error log and correct all compilation errors before submitting your final source. Note: The <em>draft<\/em> option for <em>documentclass<\/em> makes formatting errors visible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure your bibliography compiles without warnings.<\/strong> Accurate bibliographies are required for publication.\u00a0 If your bibliography has missing entries or other errors, your source will not be accepted for publication. Please check the warning log and correct all warnings and errors related to your bibliography before submitting your final source.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Word<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Please ensure ALL content in your Word document is styled with the correct styles.
