We can however issue a visa support letter. More specifically:<\/p>\n<ul data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-indent=\"0\" data-border=\"0\">\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>If you are a recipient of ACM, SIG, or Conference funded travel grant, please include this information in your request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For visa support letters, refer all requests to\u00a0<span title=\"\" class=\"pep-email\">supportletters(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)acm.org<\/span>. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:<\/p>\n<ul data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-indent=\"1\" data-border=\"0\">\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>Your name as it appears on your passport<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>Your current postal mailing address<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>The name of the conference you are registering for. Only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the conference.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>Your registration confirmation number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the \u201csole author\u201d or a \u201cco-author\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<p>Authors may indicate their paper title.
