Student volunteers spots are limited. After the application deadline, we will communicate whether you are selected for our SV team.

EXPECTATIONS & BENEFITS

As a Student Volunteer (SV) you will have the opportunity to be part of the team that will make sure visitors of the conference have a great time. This is also an excellent opportunity to meet peers and build your network. During the conference you will be assigned several duties such as welcoming visitors at the registration desk, helping with setting up poster boards, guiding visitors, or assist paper sessions.

We ask you to:

Participate in several tasks during the conference.
Work a minimum of 20 hours at the conference.
Attend the full conference physically (no remote SVs) – you should arrive no later than Sunday afternoon (22nd of September) and stay until the end of the conference.
For those who arrive earlier, there will be tasks available from Sunday on.

We agree to:

Waive your conference registration fee.
Give you a cool SV t-shirt to wear during your duties.
Do our best to manage the duties in a way so you can attend your preferred talks e.o. that you want to.
Distribute tasks as equally as possible.
