As a Student Volunteer (SV), you will have the opportunity to be part of the team ensuring that conference attendees have a great experience. This is also an excellent chance to meet peers and build your network. During the conference, you will be assigned several duties, such as welcoming attendees at the registration desk, helping set up poster boards, guiding visitors, or assisting during paper sessions.
We ask you to:
- Participate in several tasks during the conference.
- Work a minimum of 20 hours at the conference.
- Attend the full conference physically (no remote SVs) – you should arrive no later than Sunday afternoon (21st of September) and stay until the end of the conference.
- For those who arrive earlier, there will be tasks available from Sunday on.
We agree to:
- Waive your conference registration fee.
- Provide you with a cool SV t-shirt to wear during your duties.
- Do our best to schedule your duties in a way that allows you to attend your preferred talks.
- Distribute tasks as equally as possible.
