The registration fee does not include accommodations. Medical Information and Support

Given the expected number of attendees and the meeting duration, there is a reasonable chance that someone attending the meeting will need medical care.  Even if you are in good health, please bring with your insurance information and a summary of whatever medical information would be needed in an emergency (major health issues, medications, etc.) and show us that it is complete when you register.  (Keep the content private.  We just want to see something is there.)   Click here to go to the form.  If there is truly an emergency, we will call an ambulance.  If you require urgent care, then we have staff who will drive you to an urgent care clinic, stay with you while you are being cared for, take you the the pharmacy to pick up needed medications, and take you back to where you are staying.

Visa Support Letters

People coming to this conference who are not U.S. citizens or are not currently in the U.S. may require visa support letters.  To obtain such, please complete the linked form, based upon forms used by ACM, IEEE, and ASME.  Assume the form will take at least 4 business days to process.  That form requires information describing you as well as evidence showing you have registered.  If you cancel your reservation, the invitation will be withdrawn.

Press Registration

If you are an accredited press member willing to report on the AutoUI 2016 conference, please contact the Conference Office via e-mail at: info(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)auto-ui.org.  When you arrive on site, please show your press credentials at the registration desk.

List of attendees

Given our goal of building personal connections, we plan to distribute a list of all attendees on paper when you register.  The current plan is to include your name, affiliation, email address, web site, and phone number, along with a picture.  Furthermore, we are also looking into a LinkedIn site to achieve the same goal.  On your registration form, please indicate any information you do not want to this list.  This list will not be distributed or used for commercial purposes, or distributed to an outside organization.
