The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend ACM sponsored conferences. We can however issue a visa support letter. For details see Visa Support Letter.

AutomotiveUI 2023 is an in-person conference. This means, all accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Therefore, it is required that at least one of the authors of the paper registers and attends the AutomotiveUI 2023 conference to present their paper. In case of sickness, etc., we evaluate the possibility for an online presentation. Please contact the registration team at  for more details.

We offer a discount for groups of 5 or more from a research group. Please regularly register (using the same affiliation) - we will apply and refund a 10% discount on all registrations afterward. For questions, please contact 

*FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
  • Workshops & tutorial access: Everyone who registers for the full conference can register for and attend the workshop and tutorial sessions without addional fees.
  • Catering during the conference: Coffee breaks and lunch during the main days of the conference as well as social event and conference dinner will be included.
  • **Student Member: The student rate is only available to full-time students who should provide proof of full-time status as a current student (e.g. student identification card) at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference.
