COVID-19 Information

South Korea Arrival Information

  • Travellers can enter South Korea without any quarantine.
  • Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results are no longer required as of Sep 3, 2022.
    However, we strongly recommend that you carry out testing prior to departure,
    as quarantine will be required if your PCR result is positive.

  • PCR test is required within 24 hours of arriving in South Korea.
    - For short-stay foreigners, the Incheon Airport COVID-19 Test Center is recommended.

  • Masks are mandatory indoors and in public places such as airports, public buildings, and public transportation.

Conference Location

AutomotiveUI 2022 will take place at Yonsei University in Seoul. Seoul is the capital of South Korea (the Republic of Korea). It is located along the Han River (Han-gang), with the city center some 37 miles (60 km) inland from the Yellow Sea (west).

Seoul has been the cultural, economic, and political center of South Korea for centuries. It contains five UNESCO World Heritage sites. It is also the birthplace of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) and K-pop.
